We are creating a network of “Houses of Hope” — residential complexes for homeless and large families. Each house provides housing, training, employment, and a chance to start over.
One House — One Investor.
Each project is developed with a single strategic partner who receives the majority of the profits and becomes the face of the project.
Why We’re Doing This
Most programs for the homeless offer only temporary housing or small-scale solutions. We are building a full ecosystem: housing + training + employment. This is not charity — it’s a self-sustaining model that helps thousands of families.
Why We’re Starting in Uzbekistan
A rapidly growing economy with a safe investment environment.
Land and construction costs are much lower than in Europe or the US.
A large unmet need for housing for big and low-income families.
Young population and an emerging labor market.
The first House of Hope will be built in Tashkent. After that, dozens of such projects will appear across the country and abroad.
What We’re Building
12-Story Residential Complex — 100% Residential:
60 apartments: 30 for homeless and large families (first years free, then gradual ownership), 30 commercial apartments (sold or rented for return on investment).
First Floor — Support Center:
Project management offices.
Training classrooms and vocational center.
Psychological, social, and legal support hub.
Registration, profession assignment, and job placement.
Adjacent Shopping Center:
Our own 3-story shopping center with underground parking.
All stores, cafés, and services are operated by us — no leases.
Jobs for residents of the House of Hope.
In-house supply chain and logistics for all goods.
Principle:
No leased premises. We open and run every business ourselves, in both the residential building and the shopping center. We already have operational experience.
Our Social Mission
We provide a full cycle of support:
Housing: free accommodation for 5–10 years, then gradual ownership.
Training: in-demand professions — sales assistant, barista, cook, electrician, plumber, security guard.
Employment: direct jobs in our shopping center, cafés, stores, and maintenance teams.
First comes safety and stability. Then training. Then employment. Finally, full home ownership.
How the Investment Model Works
One investor finances one house.
After construction and launch, profits are split:
80% to the investor.
20% to the organizer/operator (us).
This structure is transparent and attractive. The investor gets the majority of the profits, while we are motivated to operate the project efficiently.
Sources of Revenue
Sale and rental of 30 commercial apartments.
Revenue from our own stores, cafés, and services in the shopping center.
Additional services (rooftop gym, educational programs, service contracts).
What the Investor Gets
A Major Share of Profits: 80% of net project profit.
Exclusivity: one investor per project.
Social Impact: a project that truly changes lives, opening doors to grants and funds.
Portfolio Growth: ability to finance not just one house but an entire network.
What We Provide as Organizer/Operator
20% of the profits.
Full responsibility for planning, construction, operations, staffing, and business launch.
Management of all training programs and job placement.
Advantages of the “1 Project — 1 Investor” Model
Maximum transparency: one contract, one reporting line.
Speed of execution: with funds secured, construction moves without delays.
Direct control: the investor monitors progress and operations.
Scalable: the model can be repeated in each new city.
Conclusion
House of Hope is more than a building. It’s a new system where every dollar works twice — generating profit and transforming lives.
We’re not seeking donors. We’re seeking partners.
We invite you to become the investor for the first House of Hope — and potentially for an entire network of Houses of Hope across the country.
1 Project = 1 Investor.
80% of the profits for you. 20% for us.
Together we give thousands of families a new life.
Join us. Together we will build a home that gives hope to thousands of people.
